SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging services provided by Pipcast, Inc. Pipcast, Inc. sends SMS messages under this SMS Terms policy. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Consent and Opt-In
You must provide explicit consent before receiving SMS messages. Consent may be obtained through:
- Web form opt-in: Checking a consent checkbox on a web form or account registration page
- Keyword opt-in: Texting a keyword (e.g., JOIN, APPLY) to a designated phone number as displayed at the point of opt-in
SMS messaging consent is voluntary and separate from any other Pipcast product or service access. You may decline to receive SMS messages and still use other Pipcast services. Users may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
2. Message Types and Frequency
Messages you may receive include:
- Account and demo notifications (e.g., account setup confirmations, access reminders, support updates)
- Operational and team communications (e.g., shift reminders, schedule changes, policy updates, team announcements)
- Recruiting workflow messages (e.g., application confirmations, screening prompts, interview scheduling)
Message frequency varies.
3. Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. Pipcast does not charge end users for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
4. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
Upon receiving an opt-out keyword, you will be immediately unsubscribed and will receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
To resubscribe after opting out, reply START.

6. Mobile Information Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and any information obtained as part of the SMS opt-in process will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes lead generators, data brokers, and any other entities. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messaging services for which consent was provided.
We retain records of each mobile phone number's SMS opt-in consent, including the date, time, and method by which consent was collected. We retain these records following applicable messaging compliance best practices so that we can demonstrate consent if needed for regulatory or carrier review.

7. Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed, and delivery may vary by carrier and location.
8. Disclaimer
SMS messaging is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues, device settings, and service outages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS should not be relied upon as the sole means of critical communication.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
