Senior Software Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in cloud infrastructure and backend systems. You'll design and build the backbone of our enterprise communication platform — working across AWS (EKS, RDS, SQS, ElastiCache), Spring Boot microservices, and PostgreSQL. You'll own infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and the reliability of systems that deliver millions of messages. If you love solving hard distributed systems problems and care deeply about operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Senior Support Staff
We're looking for a Senior Support Staff member to be the voice of Pipcast for our enterprise customers. You'll manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot complex multi-channel messaging issues, coordinate with engineering on escalations, and advocate for customer needs in product discussions. The ideal candidate has experience supporting B2B SaaS platforms, is comfortable reading logs and API responses, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
