Pipcast uses SMS to communicate with employees, job candidates, pilot users, and team members for recruiting, onboarding, workforce operations, and team communications. All message recipients provide explicit opt-in consent through one of the methods documented below.

Pipcast provisions dedicated phone numbers for each team and workflow. The specific number is always displayed at the point of opt-in — on workplace signage, in onboarding materials, or within the Pipcast platform. Job candidates opt in when applying for a position on the Pipcast careers page. The application form collects the candidate's mobile phone number with an unchecked consent checkbox.

Opt-Out & Help

Users can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT OPTOUT REVOKE

Upon receiving an opt-out keyword, the system immediately unsubscribes the user and sends a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from Pipcast. Reply START to resubscribe."

Mobile Information Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and any information obtained as part of the SMS opt-in process will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
