Pipcast uses SMS to communicate with employees, job candidates, and team members for recruiting, onboarding, workforce operations, and team communications. All message recipients provide explicit opt-in consent through one of the methods documented below: a keyword text-in flow (JOIN, APPLY) or a web-form opt-in collected on the Pipcast careers page.

Opt-in Method 3: Web Form Opt-in
Outbound recruiting, workforce, and team communications
Job candidates and prospective team members opt in by submitting the Pipcast careers application form at https://pipcast.ai/careers and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default — submitting the form without checking it means no SMS messages are sent.
This consent is required for Pipcast's outbound-campaigns feature, which sends recruiting, workforce, and team communications via SMS without requiring an inbound message from the recipient first.
