Pipcast SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Pipcast, Inc. for workforce and recruiting communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Pipcast, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Name and Sender
Program: Pipcast Workforce & Recruiting SMS Program
Brand / Sender: Pipcast, Inc.
Opt-in Numbers: Pipcast provisions dedicated phone numbers per team and workflow. The specific number is displayed at the point of opt-in.
2. Types of Messages
Messages you may receive from Pipcast include:
- Account and onboarding notifications (e.g., account setup confirmations, access reminders, support updates)
- Operational and team communications (e.g., shift reminders, schedule changes, policy updates, team announcements)
- Recruiting communications (e.g., application confirmations, screening prompts, interview scheduling)
- Opt-in confirmations and compliance messages
3. Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity, role, and the programs you have opted into.
Msg & data rates may apply. Pipcast does not charge end users for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
4. Consent
You must provide explicit consent before receiving SMS messages. Consent may be obtained through:
- Keyword opt-in: Texting JOIN or APPLY to the Pipcast number displayed at the point of opt-in
- Web form opt-in: Checking a consent checkbox on the Pipcast careers page
SMS messaging consent is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of employment or access to any Pipcast service. You may decline to receive SMS messages and still use other Pipcast services. For full consent documentation, see the Pipcast SMS Consent & CTA Evidence page.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pipcast. You may also reply with STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.
Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from Pipcast. Reply START to resubscribe."
To resubscribe after opting out, reply START.
6. Help
Reply HELP at any time for assistance. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.

7. Mobile Information Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and any information obtained as part of the SMS opt-in process will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes lead generators, data brokers, and any other entities. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messaging services for which consent was provided.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues, device settings, and service outages.
